How to make Formula milk for babies?

How to develop a mentally strong kid

MENTAL HEALTH

Kids are like a clay, parents can make them in a perfect shape, but carefully because small mistakes can result an imperfect shape. Kid's mental health should be taken care from the time of pregnancy. So mother has the Main and important role in making a healthy child. After birth the baby is More affected with the love of parents and care from family.
Patience is the important element in parenting. Anyone can be a parents but parents who have patience will become a good parents.
The love between mom and dad is the base of a mentally healthy kid.

From the womb:-

  • From the time of baby's Heart starts to beat, they are connected to their mom in Every manner, happiness, sadness, hates, needs and wants, mood, eating, sleeping.. Etc everything is connected. So Every father or would be father should take care of his wife. Husband care is the biggest support for Every wife.Mom, Always be happy to make your baby happy.

From birth to 6 month :-

Take care of your baby very carefully because they don't know how to communicate. They speaks through cries. Mother has to understand baby's words.
Mother is the one who is always with the baby, so mother should understand baby's mind. Their actions tells their mind. Babies cries differently for different needs. They cries More loudly if they are hungry. Non stop high volume cry for pain...etc

6 month to 1 year baby:-

  • This is the time they will try to speak and understand native language, try to know about surrounding, sounds of birds animal... Etc. Let them know all this. Always try to speak with them whether they understand it or not.
  • Speak little loudly and stress words, so they will force to listen your words.
  • Do you know your baby is catching all your single actions whether its good or bad. So you behave the same way you wanna make your kid. Your kid will imitate you.

1 year to 2 years:-

  • This is an exploring time for babies. This colorfull wold will attract them to explore new things. They will be attracted with colours, lights, sounds.. Etc, they will cry to get those attracted things. Try to help them to explore the World. Give them introduction of Every small and big things. Explain what, why, how and all about their surrounding things.
  • As I already Said, always try to talk and Play with them. It will increase their knowledge and speaking ability, helpfull for the bonding of kids and parents, good for presence of mind and listening ability.
  • Always encourage them for good activities.
