Baby at Pregnancy

FIRST TRIMESTER 

Week 1 to week 12 

  - 0.01 inch size
  - Heart beat will start within 4 week




   -0.25 inches size
   - start to form vital organs and body systems





    -Half an inch long
    -Fingers and toes have begun to grow
    -Heart beat in regular rhythm



   -Arm joints, and cartilage and bones are forming
   - 1.2 inches


   -2.1 inch long
   -developed all important organs


Instructions

  • Drinking water is most important through out pregnancy 
  •  Take proper rest, because its the starting stage so There might be chances of miscarriage 
  •  Take care of diet. Eat healthy food and avoid alcohol, outside food and pineapple 
  •  There are Chances for constipation at the first 4 month, have lots of leafy vegetables specialy spinache and moringa leaf to solve this problem.  
  •  Head ache and vomting is common

SECOND TRIMESTER


Week 13 to week 28


   - Length 3.42
   - Weight 1.52oz
   - soft hair starts to grow all over the body


   - 5.6 inch long
   - 6.70 oz weight
   - mom can feel the movement lightly




 - 10.9 inches long
 - 15.2 oz weight
 - eyes starts moving still not opened




  - 14.8 inches length
  - 998 gram(35.2oz) weight
  - baby can open and close her eyes



Instructions 

  • Include fruits, vegetables, protein and fiber in your diet 
  •  Dont forget to Follows doctor instructions 
  •  Excercise is important for a healthy body and normal delivery. Only pregnancy Excercises
  •  Avoid raw meat 
  •  Dont have any other medicine without doctor's prescription 
  •  Your neck, breast, underarm and tummy may start to change black colour, its normal dont wory 
  •  Your body will show changes like large abdomen, itchy stomach and stretch mark

THIRD TRIMESTER


Week 28 to birth

- 44 cm (17.25 inches) long
   - 1.9 kg weight
   - Most babies changes to head down position



   - 2.6 kg weight 
   - 47 cm long
   - chances of delivery from this week


   - Now just get out😊😊





Instructions

  • Do proper exercise which will help your baby to move down
  •  Please sleep a side dont sleep on your back. 
  • be carefull when you changes position while sleeping , its better you get up and lay down to another side, otherwise There might be chances of surrounding the umbilical code on baby's neck. 
  •  Talk to your baby and sing for her

Delivery

  • Delivery might be normal or c section, its little painful for normal delivery but believe me normal delivery is the best methods for your body. In case of any complication, you can go for c section. 
  • Birth weight of a normal baby boy (2.5 to 4.3), girl (2.4 to 4.2)
  • Do you know, when you discharge from hospital, your baby weight might be lower than birth weight. Its normal.
  • Take proper rest and have lots of healthy food.
